January 12th and 19th

This two-day workshop is designed for potters who are comfortable with the basics (able to consistently center clay) and ready to refine their personal style.

Within this workshop, you will explore what makes handles comfortable, how to intentionally shape your mugs, and what makes a mug feel good in your hand. Sutter will also be giving feedback, so bring a mug or two that you have made before. The second class will cover cone 10 firing in the gas kiln, which provides you with many different glaze colors to choose from!

One Open Throw is included on Sunday, January 17th.

These sessions have a maximum sign-up of eight participants. At this time, due the amount of pre-planning, nature of a workshop environments and with respect to our instructor, we can not issue refunds on workshop registrations.

In the event of an emergency, please notify us you will not be attending at least 48 hours prior to receive a credit towards another workshop. Workshop credits are not good for any in-store purchases.
